SIMCON has been in business for more than 30 years – and yet, we’re younger than ever!

This is due, firstly, to our founder Paul. He founded SIMCON and, as a true visionary, never stands still. And, secondly, to Ines (Paul’s daughter). She started at SIMCON in 2014 and, as a psychologist, is not only a lateral entrant but also a lateral thinker. Paul and Ines are the two managing directors of SIMCON.

It’s important for both you and us that we talk openly, create new things and make things better. And this applies to us as people too – we work on the basis of our strengths and are constantly further developing ourselves.
